Overview

The value-add investment strategy is to target institutional quality assets throughout the United States that provide attractive risk adjusted returns.
The Sponsor has identified four asset types that offer unique opportunities in the current economic climate. The asset types are Office (Medical & Boutique), Multifamily, Development and Special Situations. Valorem will have a barbell approach to investment size within the strategy. We will target assets that are smaller in size and below the radar of most institutional investors, as well as large transactions that provide scale that can be acquired alongside large institutional partners the principals have long standing relationships with.
The unique elements of the strategy allow for investors to receive attractive returns, large scale diversification and access to institutional quality assets and management for a modest minimal investment.
